Samples of plain garments
Plain samples must be returned within 2 weeks to be eligible for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Garments must be in the same 'as new' unworn condition.
Transit damage to plain or customised garments
We thoroughly examine all goods in detail prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, the goods can sometimes be damaged in transit.
If your purchase shows obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of the packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
Faulty goods (plain or customised garments)
Goods are fully guaranteed against faults in manufacture, materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either a replacement, or refund in full.
Replacement is only available after 28 days and before 12 months have elapsed. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Most orders take a maximum of 7 working days to arrive. If your order is likely to take longer than 7 days, we’ll always make sure to let you know in advance.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let our team know when you come to order, and we’ll see what we can do to meet this. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to meet every individual deadline, and we are not liable for any third party costs incurred.

Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
A premium Saturday 9.00am to noon delivery is available, at an additional charge of £16 (plus VAT) per delivery. If you require this service, it must be specified at the time of ordering. Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available.
All deliveries must be signed for, and you should keep your receipt. DPD will bring the parcel to your delivery address, or will leave it with a neighbour if you are not at home. If delivery is not possible they will return your parcel to the depot.
When your order is complete, you will receive a text from DPD advising of the day of delivery. On the delivery day, you will receive another text advising you of the time slot in which you can expect your package, allowing you to re-arrange delivery should the specified time slot not be convenient.
If any goods show obvious signs of damage in transit, please refuse to accept the delivery.

Except where specifically stated, our prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only. However we welcome enquiries from elsewhere, and you can contact us by email, letter or telephone for onward shipping costs to other locations.
