Printed or embroidered: which is right for your vest?
Both options are available, and your choice usually comes down to logo type and volume.
Printing suits most hi-vis orders. It sits flat on the fluorescent material, keeps the vest lightweight, and works well for detailed logos with multiple colours. It also avoids putting needle holes through the waterproof layer on treated garments.
Embroidery gives a more premium, textured finish and tends to last longer on heavier items like fleeces and softshell jackets. On vests, we position all embroidery carefully so it never covers or interferes with the reflective strips.

The process has three steps:
- Send your artwork. You upload your logo file when placing your order. Accepted formats include PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS. If you only have a JPEG, our team can usually work with it.
- Approve your proof. Before we print or stitch a single garment, we send a visual proof showing exactly where your logo will sit and how it will look. We won't start production until you confirm you're happy.
- We produce and dispatch. Once approved, your vests are personalised and dispatched within 7 working days.
