What is personalised construction workwear?
Personalised construction workwear, sometimes called construction clothing or a construction uniform, is site clothing with your company name or logo added by embroidery or print. It covers hi-vis, jackets, polos, hoodies and T-shirts, and it helps your whole team look consistent on site.
Is the logo free on construction workwear?
Yes, on our workwear bundles. Every bundle includes free logo embroidery or print in one position on all garments, with a proof sent for your approval before production. Single garments don't include free branding.
What standards apply to construction workwear?
That depends on the site and the job, so follow your principal contractor's rules and your own risk assessment. Many UK sites ask for hi-vis clothing that meets EN ISO 20471, which has three classes based on how much fluorescent and reflective material a garment has, with Class 3 giving the most. Waterproof clothing is tested to EN 343. Check each product page for the standards a garment meets.
Is embroidery or print better for builder workwear?
Embroidery is usually the better choice for polos, sweatshirts and jackets that get washed often, because the logo is stitched into the fabric. Print can suit larger logos and lightweight hi-vis. Our bundles include either one free.
How long does construction workwear take to arrive?
Turnaround is 5 to 7 working days from the date you approve your artwork: 5 days in quieter periods and 5 to 7 when we're busy. Delivery is free on orders over £150 to the UK mainland, and orders under £150 pay £7.50 plus VAT.
