Except where specifically stated, prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only. However we welcome enquiries from elsewhere, and you can contact us by email, letter or telephone for onward shipping costs to other locations.
Most orders take a maximum of 7 working days to arrive. If your order is likely to take longer than 7 days, we’ll always make sure to let you know in advance.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let our team know when you come to order, and we’ll see what we can do to meet this. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to meet every individual deadline, and we are not liable for any third party costs incurred.
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
